With a rich background spanning HR advising and consulting, recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and training since 2005, Toni brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to her work. Her experience leading HR functions at prominent organizations, including innovative technology companies, the renowned hospitality leader Chick-fil-A, and the global supply chain giant FedEx, underscores her adaptability and effectiveness across diverse sectors.
